Our Office Is Under Construction!

Updated: Sep 13, 2023

The generosity of our Treasure Valley community regularly amazes all of us at Fostering Christmas. We couldn’t be more grateful to everyone who recently offered donations of furniture, luggage, and other items. Seeing how much people want to support Idaho’s foster kids constantly touches us.

Our storage room is full to the brim!

That said, right now, we're having a bit of trouble accepting all of the donations we'd like to take. As you may already know, Fostering Christmas headquarters is under construction! That leaves us packed to the rafters with existing donations. We’re currently stocked up on Christmas wrapping paper, kids’ bikes, blankets, teddy bears, and several other items. We can barely close the door to our storage room! So, until construction is done, we don’t have enough room for donations of large items.

But don’t worry! While we can’t directly accept donations of large goods at this time, we will gladly connect you with other community resources that can. Please feel free to continue contacting us with these offers, and we will direct you to the best drop-off locations.

Further, Fostering Christmas is still accepting any financial contributions like checks and gift cards. We can also take some small items on a case-by-case basis. Please also note the construction will not affect any fundraisers we launch.

Construction is always inconvenient, but the results will be worth it. We plan to have an expanded and newly organized storage space just in time for the Christmas season. Since our headquarters is inside Newsletter Pro (our founder Shaun Buck’s company), having a dedicated space for all things Fostering Christmas is a big deal and reflects how much our work has grown!

Thank you for your continued patience and support as we work through the final stages of construction. We’ll have ways to help that don’t take up much space soon!
